Glen originally had issues dropshipping with AliExpress, most notably fake and low quality goods. He later switched to working with a dropshipping agent but other challenges, such as high price volatility and low goods supplies, emerged. Glen eventually found Xianchao Logistics in early 2020.

We went beyond our ways to help Glen scale his business with numerous suggestions and substantial assistance, such as private labelling and credits for inventory procurement. In a short amount of time, his daily orders reached 50 from 5-10 when he first started working with us.
